About Me

I am a 20-something professional living in Central Wisconsin. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse with a degree in Interpersonal Communication Studies and a minor in Public Relations & Organizational Communication Studies. I love my concentration and find that I use my degree on a daily basis. I currently am working for a wireless communications company and I love my job. I get to be in the fast paced world of technology and still get to interact with a variety of people everyday. I work at the corporate office and have the pleasure of getting varied assignments, tasks and projects. I cannot say it enough: I love my job! But, my job is not my whole life… There is so much more to me!

I wouldn’t ever try to pigeon-hole myself into describing myself in a single word but we’ll suffice it to say that I’m a beautiful modge-podge of a person with a great big heart and a big mouth. I love crafts, cooking, sight seeing, traveling, working out, home-making, spending time with my friends and getting involved. My blog, I hope, will become a wonderful reflection of that as it grows.

My boyfriend and I live in a beautiful home on the river with our two cats and my high-school aged sister [whom I caretake for]. We’re an odd little “not-family” but we’re a family none-the-less. The rest of the cast of characters can be found here. If my life were a movie I feel like it’d be a Baz Luhrman spectacle full of lights, color, glitter and a cast of crazy characters. I hope that as we move through that you’ll come to love them as much as I do.

I’m an open book so if you’re ever curious never hesitate to ask!
